TOYOTA YARIS CROSS PRIZE DRAW
(Queensland Only Trade Promotion Lottery)
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this competition (“Promotion”) is:

1.2. This Promotion is conducted in Queensland only.
2. Nature of Promotion
2.1. This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
2.2. No permit is required under Queensland law for this trade promotion lottery.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Entry is open to natural persons who:
(a) Are ages 18 years or over;
(b) Are residents of Queensland at the time of entry and at the time of the draw; and
(c) Comply with the entry requirements set out below.
3.2. Entry is not open to:
(a) Employees, directors, officer, contractors or agents of the Promoter;
(b) Immediate family members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling) of those persons.
3.3. Any entry submitted by an ineligible person will be deemed invalid.
4. Entry Requirements
4.1. To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, an eligible person must:
(a) Enter into a valid, signed exclusive agency agreement with the Promoter for the sale of their Queensland residential property during the Entry Period; and
(b) The property must proceed to unconditional contract status during the Entry Period.
4.2. A “valid exclusive agency agreement” means a legally binding exclusive appointment in accordance with the Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld).
4.3. Eligibility will be determined in order of the date and time the property reaches unconditional contract status, as recorded in the Promoter’s records.
4.4. Only the first thirty (30) eligible vendors who satisfy the above criteria will receive one (1) entry each.
4.5. Each eligible entrant may receive only one (1) entry. Multiple property listings by the same person (including multiple properties or properties within the same development) will not result in additional entries.
5. Entry Period
5.1. The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 1 March 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on the date the thirtieth (30th) eligible property reaches unconditional contract status (“Entry Period”).
6. Cost of Entry
6.1. Entry into the Promotion is free.
6.2. No separate fee is charged to participate in the Promotion.
6.3. Participation in the Promotion does not increase or alter the commission or fees payable under the exclusive agency agreement.
7. Prize
7.1. The prize is:
One (1) 2026 Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid GX 1.5L Auto CVT Hatch (or similar model if unavailable) (“Prize”).
7.2. The Prize is supplied by:

7.3. The estimated maximum retail value of the Prize is up to AUD $36,111 (inclusive of GST).
7.4. The Prize includes:
(a) The standard vehicle;
(b) 12 months Queensland registration;
(c) Complimentary tank of fuel;
(d) Compulsory Third Party insurance; and
(e) Standard statutory on-road costs in Queensland.
7.5. The Prize does not include:
(a) Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance;
(b) Optional accessories or upgrades;
(c) Extended warranties;
(d) Personal expenses;
(e) Transfer costs outside Queensland; and/or
(f) Any costs not expressly stated as included.
7.6. Vehicle colour and exact specifications are subject to availability.
8. Draw Details
8.1. The draw will take place at:
Sunshine Toyota
689 Nicklin Way, Currimundi QLD 4551, Australia
at 10:00 am the day following the date which thirty (30) eligible entries have been received.
8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the date, time or location of the draw for operational or administrative reasons. Eligible entrants will not be materially affected and will be notified by the Promoter of any change.
8.3. The draw will be conducted by random selection and supervised by an independent person.
8.4. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
9. Winner Notification
9.1. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
9.2. The winner’s first name and suburb will be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels within 7 days of the draw.
10. Unclaimed Prize & Redraw
10.1. If:
(a) The winner cannot be contacted; or
(b) The winner does not claim the Prize within seven (7) days of notification; or
(c) The winner is deemed ineligible,
the Prize will be redrawn.
10.2. The redraw will take place at the same location at 10:00am (AEST) on the day which is eight (8) days after the original draw.
10.3. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
11. Prize Collection
11.1. The Prize must be collected from:
Sunshine Toyota, Currimundi QLD
(or alternative Sunshine Toyota location as advised)
within one (1) month of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11.2. From the date of collection, all risk in the vehicle passes to the winner.
11.3. The winner is responsible for arranging comprehensive insurance from the date of collection.
12. Variation or Substitution
12.1. If the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
12.2. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Cancellation or Modification
13.1. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to technical failure, fraud, or regulatory intervention), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
14. Verification & Disqualification
14.1. The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) Verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility;
(b) Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process;
(c) Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions; and/or
(d) Cancel entries that are incomplete, misleading or fraudulent.
14.2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Liability
15.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15.2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) The Promotion;
(b) Any entry;
(c) The conduct of the draw; or
(d) The use of the Prize.
16. Tax
16.1. The Prize may have income tax or other financial implications.
16.2. The winner is solely responsible for any tax liability associated with the Prize and should seek independent financial advice.
17. Privacy
17.1. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct and administer the Promotion.
17.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter:
(a) Using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion;
(b) Publishing the winner’s first name and suburb;
(c) Contacting entrants regarding the Promotion; and
(d) Using personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

17.4. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
18. Governing Law
18.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland.
